If you want something bad enough wouldn’t you try everything to make it happen? What do you have to lose to try something different?
People everyday set goals and normally that’s it, they don’t map out the little bits and pieces that help guide them to make that goal happen! It is more then just having the goal; you need to figure out how you are going to obtain it. Goal mapping is a technique designed to help achieve a bigger picture and help keep you focused on achievement.
When trying to reach a goal in your life, staying positive, focused and open minded can help you get their faster and feel more confident that you can achieve future goals too. Here are some tips on how to help try and manifest your dreams or goals into reality. I have seen this work on myself so I firsthand can tell you that it works when you try hard enough and just be patient! It doesn’t always happen overnight, but it will happen if you keep working hard and keep your mind set.
1. Be mindful about your thoughts and feelings
· Write down the dream, when you write it down regularly then you are constantly seeing it and thinking about it. This way you are also doing things that are intentional to progress this forward, if it’s on your mind then you will make choices to benefit it.
2. Don’t get caught up in negative thoughts and feelings for no reason
· Stay focused, peer pressure to give up, quit or change your dream will happen often. Stay in control of what YOU want and avoid putting negative energy into the dream! Positivity will be your best friend!
3. Focus on your dreams, goals and on what is going well in your life
· Change your perspective, stay open to the idea of this working for you. Shifting your focus to the dream and its future benefits for you! What is helping you get to your dream? What is going right for you?
4. You manifest your reality with the frequency you are vibrating at
· Just go for it, when you are radiating positivity and attention for what you desire from yourself then your dream/goal will manifest to you at that same frequency! When you change your vibe then there is not a guarantee your dream will come to you in the way you want it to.
· Know that it may not always come to you right away and it may not always be in the way you originally thought but good things come to those who are patient.
5. The law of attraction
· You receive what you give! This is the biggest one, in my eyes when you dedicate your time and focus to steps that can help your goal come about then good things will always happen for you.
You only get one life to try and one life to focus on yourself, take that leap and start the continuing education, start the fitness program, start the nutrition journey! You can have the good things if you take the steps to achieve it and stay focused on manifesting it. I truly believe we are capable of so much more than we think as humans, so always think big and go for what you want!
