Challenging both our muscles and our cardiovascular endurance is extremely important for growth and change in our exercise journey. This 5-week AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) style program is designed for people of all fitness levels wanting to either get started on a new journey or work on adding a new challenge to their regime. Weights of some type are needed for this program; any style of weights you have will work- dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, laundry detergent, anything that can provide resistance.
